I do not agree with you,MohammaD. I have some classmates who are more than 20 years old , but they do not speak a word at all
there always are exceptions
!and maybe they don't even care English language and that's why they'd rather listen than talk
yeah, that's true .. but most of the students act like this . Many do not speak at all, some speak fingilish(!) and just a few of them have this ability to speak as a real English learner
I think it's better to say that group of students who speak English fluently are exception
?is it possible to speak Finglish
!!!
my classtames are almost the same as yours
around 5 or 6 students out of 25 usually speak in the class
the others rarely talk
but we all do our homework
.and there's something more that all those who don't often speak aren't necessarily weak or unintelligent students
Yeah..it's strange but true! half of words of a sentence are Farsi and the rest are English! we have lots of fun on such time!
Of my 29student class , just me &2 other students speak in the class.. and i also can remember that once my teacher got angery and did not let me to speak and forced others to say something!!!so imagine how quiet the studnts were that could make the teacher angery!
(Excuse me for weak grammer i used)
!oh that's terrible to use Persian words in your sentences while you're speaking in English
.yes, you see, the ones who participate in class activities are few
!and your teacher really was entitled to lose his temper
.because a class with most of it's students keeping silent cannot be called a class
(the way you use grammar and talk is pretty well, it isn't weak)
