you're almost right but when you wanna get your drivers license your age must be 18 or older than that......they don't say that your intelligence is enough to get your drivers license though your age is lesser than 18 ........
there is a special law everywhere
that was only an example
so intelligence and age are both important and vital .........
you're only a kid yet

it`s ok that Im not 18 but I can drive or learn to drive then as soon as I become 18 I will get my license
