being a teacher is not just about behaving friendly with students. u can be their friend, but not teaching them anything! I mean u spend most of the class time for telling jokes or having fun just to be like friends! but do u think , this way they consider u as a good teacher?? sometimes being a severe teacher is better for students and they will remember the teacher more, and of course they like it more.. because they have learned something.. but. u know, the art is to teach them with fun, to make a joke out of the hard lessons and structures. then the students will laugh and learn at the same time..
and also being able to make a good connection between the whole class with each other and the whole class with the teacher.. it's hard, but if I were a teacher, or I become a teacher, I try to be like this!
