من بعد از مدتی کلماتی رو ک قبلا خوندم رو فراموش میکنم. یعنی تلفظ کلمه توی ذهنم میمونه ولی معنیش رو یادم میره .
شماها هم همینطوری هستین ؟؟؟؟
چیکار میکنین ک یادتون نره ؟
وقتی ک میخواین برای اولین بار کلمات vocabulary رو بخونین چجوری و با چ روشی میخونینشون ک یادتون نره ؟

.we learn some words and we don't use them for quite a while and that's why we don't remember them later

.anything you don't use and think about will be forgotten or let's say ,will be saved in the long-term memory of the brain

I guess it's quite natural to forget some words, you know, you'll forget them soon if you don't use or review them.
Do you know Dr. Pirhani? he has mastered about 20 languages and he always says that I review EACH language EVERYDAY, for at least 15 minutes. why? of course to avoid forgeting them. you have to read texts, sometimes check their definition and review them again in regular times. and also, it's a good way if you try to use them in a text. try to make up a simple story with those words. or use them in a writing.

but, for the first time you are learning them, first read the definition to get a understanding of the meaning of the word, then chek the synonym, and read some examples (I mean some sentences in which the word is used) and it is not a bad idea if you check the Persian meaning at last; or if you can, just guess it. especially if you are interested in translation, it will help you,, but remember to use a good dictionary, I mean English to Persian. you can use Farhang e moasere Hezare, by Dr. Hagh Shenas, if I'm not mistaken.
the best way to learn a word and not to forget it, is to learn it in a context or at least in a sentence.

i agree with mohammad. if u don't use some words u will forget them....

there is a way that helps u to memorize them easily, but unfortunately it's abit long lasting....

first after u absorbed the word and its difinition , u sholud review them that day
then u have to review them again the day after that
next review is one week later
and the last one is one month later

and from that time if u want not to forget any word u should review them once a month...
